DRBZ HR Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through DRBZ HR, a private workforce-management application for authorized hotel or company employees. DRBZ HR supports human resources, attendance, leave, payroll, notification, and approval workflows.
DRBZ HR accounts are created and managed externally by the user's employer or system administrator. Users cannot create accounts inside the app. The hotel or employing organization that provides your DRBZ HR account is responsible for employment and HR data. B-IT TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED provides technical development and support services for the application.
Information We Collect
The following information may be collected and processed when an authorized user accesses the service:
- Name, email address, phone number, employee ID, assigned role, branch, department, and employment profile information.
- Authentication and secure-session information needed to sign in, maintain access, and protect the account.
- Attendance records, clock-in and clock-out times, shifts, leave requests, permission requests, excuses, approvals, and notification records.
- Payroll and other employment-related financial information.
- Precise location when attendance or location-request features are used. On-site shifts use coordinates to enforce the employer's configured branch radius; remote shifts retain the current coordinates as part of the attendance record without applying a branch-radius check.
- Photos or documents that a user voluntarily selects or captures as supporting attachments to an HR request.
- Device name, platform, notification token, registered public key, cryptographic attendance signatures, and technical diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.
How We Use Information
Information is used to:
- Authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, and protect account security.
- Provide HR and workforce-management functionality.
- Record attendance events and apply the employer's assigned on-site-geofence or remote-shift policy.
- Operate leave, permission, excuse, payroll, notification, and approval workflows.
- Provide role-based access for employees, managers, HR teams, and general managers.
- Support security, troubleshooting, auditing, legal obligations, and user support.
Location, Camera, Photos, and Device Biometrics
DRBZ HR may request precise location for attendance and location-request features. For an on-site shift, coordinates are checked against the employer's configured branch radius. For a remote shift, the current coordinates are retained with the attendance record without a branch-radius check. Camera or photo-library access is requested only when a user chooses to attach a supporting photo or document to an HR request. DRBZ HR does not use attendance selfies or face matching.
Face ID, Touch ID, the iOS device passcode, and Android device biometrics are processed by the device operating system. Biometric images, biometric templates, and device passcodes are not accessible to or stored by DRBZ HR. For clock-in and clock-out, the operating system asks the device owner to approve a cryptographic signature of a short-lived server challenge. Only the resulting signature and registered public key are transmitted; no biometric template, face image, or passcode is transmitted.
Sharing And Access
Personal information is not sold and is not used for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Information may be accessible to authorized employer administrators, managers, HR personnel, approved technical service providers, and authorities when legally required. Access is limited according to organizational roles, service needs, security requirements, and legal obligations.
Security
DRBZ HR uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. Authentication tokens are stored using secure device storage where supported, information is transmitted using encrypted connections, attendance challenges are short-lived and single use, and access to employment data is restricted by role and authorization. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
International Processing And Service Providers
Information may be processed or hosted in countries other than the user's country when the employer or approved technical service providers operate infrastructure there. These providers may process information only as needed to host, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, or support the service and are expected to protect it under applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Data Retention And Deletion
Data is retained according to the employer's HR, payroll, attendance, legal, and recordkeeping requirements. Users can request access, correction, or deletion through their employer or system administrator, or through the privacy contact below. Some information may need to be retained for legal, payroll, employment, security, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Because accounts are employer-managed and cannot be created inside the app, account closure and deletion requests are handled by the employer or system administrator.
User Rights and Device Controls
Subject to applicable law and the employer's responsibilities, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Users can manage location, camera, photos, notifications, and device authentication through device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
Children's Privacy
DRBZ HR is a private business application intended for authorized employees and workforce users. It is not directed to children, and accounts are not offered for independent registration by children.
Policy Changes
This policy may be updated when application features, data practices, service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted with updated effective and last-updated dates.
